Terms of Service

ScanOps provides dynamic QR code management, analytics, and workflow automation tools for business use. Customers are responsible for lawful content, accurate billing information, and authorized use by their team members.

• Access, QR capacity, scan analytics recording, team seats, Inventory Center, integrations, and AI features are governed by the customer's active trial or paid plan as shown at signup and on the Pricing page.
• When a plan includes a monthly scan analytics cap, QR redirects continue working after the cap; new scan analytics may pause until the next billing period or an upgrade. ScanOps does not automatically charge beyond the selected plan.
• Existing QR redirects may continue during billing review, but new creation and premium changes can be restricted for expired trials or overdue invoices.
• Customers must not use ScanOps for phishing, malware, spam, deceptive redirects, or illegal content.
• Subscription billing, invoices, refunds, upgrades, and cancellations are handled through the configured payment provider.
• ScanOps may suspend abusive or unsafe accounts to protect customers and platform reliability.
